Letʼs prepare the ingredients for the marinade. There are many different marinade recipes for turkey barbecue. One of the most popular lemon marinade, it can be called classic. It consists of lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic and various spices. Thanks to the acid in the composition, this marinade makes the fillet soft and juicy quite quickly.

Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice into a bowl. If the juice is squeezed out of a fresh lemon immediately before preparing the marinade, you can also use its peel, remove a little zest and add it to the mixture.

Add dry spices to the liquid. You can use ready-made spices for poultry barbecue, but it is better to choose the composition yourself. Add aromatic freshly ground spices: black pepper, coriander, paprika, salt and suneli hops. Stir the mixture.

Peel the garlic cloves from the film and finely chop them with a knife or pass them through a press. Wash fresh parsley thoroughly under running water, dry it on a paper towel and finely chop it. You can use frozen herbs or dry chopped parsley.

Place the cooked garlic and herbs into a bowl with the mixture. Mix. The marinade is ready. You can proceed to marinating the turkey meat prepared for barbecue. A couple of hours is enough to marinate a turkey in this sauce. But, of course, the marinating time is affected by the quality of the meat and the size of the pieces into which it was cut.
