Cottage cheese 60 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make sauce for baking rolls at home? Prepare your food. If you don’t find tobiko or flying fish caviar on sale, then buy capelin caviar — masago. Take cheese like Philadelphia, Almette, Violetta. Adjust the amount of chili sauce to your taste, you can add just a little. To reduce the calorie content of the dish, you can replace the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. You can use homemade mayonnaise. You will find the recipes after the last step.

Step 2
Before you start cooking, take all the food out of the refrigerator in advance to warm it up — this will make it easier to mix. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. The sauce should become homogeneous.

Step 3

Step 3
For convenience, you can transfer the sauce into a pastry bag. Or the most ordinary thick bag. Cut off the corner of the bag (package).
