Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 tbsp
Beef 200 g
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Noodles (one package of noodles. you can take egg, buckwheat or wheat.) 400 g
Green asparagus 50 g
Teriyaki sauce 4 tbsp

Take beef. Dry well with a paper towel. Cut into cubes 0.5 mm thick and 2-3 cm long. Heat the frying pan. Add oil. As soon as the pan is hot, add the beef. Fry for 3-4 minutes over high heat, stirring every minute. If a lot of moisture is released, then simmer until the water completely evaporates (over low heat). If not, then add 2-3 tablespoons of water and simmer.

Add thawed and chopped asparagus. Fry for another two minutes (it is important that the asparagus does not lose its color).

Prepare the sauce: 4 tbsp. teriyaki spoons + 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce (focus on the taste, because teriyaki can be more or less salty), add one clove of garlic passed through a press. Mix thoroughly and add to the pan. While stirring the contents of the pan, distribute the sauce so that it envelops the beef. Cook the noodles until al dente, add a piece of butter (1 tablespoon is not full).
