Vegan Pilaf with Celery and Cauliflower

Tomatoes (canned in its own juice) 100 g
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Water 2.5 cup
Rice 1 cup
Caraway (cumin) 0.5 tsp
Cauliflower 300 g
Carrot 2 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Paprika (dried ground) 0.25 tsp
Ground red pepper (a little bit, to taste) 0.1 tsp
Celery (celery root) 150 g
Curry 0.5 tsp
Ground cinnamon (to taste, you donʼt have to take it) 0.1 tsp

Recipe instructions

Prepare your ingredients, cutting board, and large frying pan with a lid. Peel the vegetables. Divide the cabbage into small florets.

Cut the celery (root) into cubes, carrots into strips, and onions into quarter rings.

Heat oil in a frying pan.
