How to fry chicken breasts in a frying pan? Prepare your food. It is better to take the fillet chilled, not frozen — it will turn out juicier. If you have meat from the freezer, then defrost it as delicately as possible to preserve its juiciness.

Take spices, those that you like or those that are available. Sweet paprika, garlic, and curry go very well with chicken meat. If you use a ready-made set of spices, pay attention to whether it contains salt so as not to oversalt the dish. I took paprika and curry. Pour the spices and salt into a bowl and stir.

Wash the chicken breast and dry very well with paper towels. It is important to do this because otherwise the chicken will simmer due to excess moisture rather than fry. Rub the dry fillet thoroughly with the resulting mixture of spices and salt. Leave the meat to sit for 10 minutes to soak in the seasonings.

Heat a heavy-bottomed frying pan over high heat. Pour vegetable oil on it for frying. Place chicken breasts in hot oil.
