Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry pink salmon in a grill pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For frying in a grill pan, you can use fish fillets, steaks, or take whole fish. The fish carcass can be cut lengthwise into 2 parts or cut into steaks, 2-3 cm thick. It is convenient to cut the fish when it has not yet defrosted a little. Then let it thaw completely in cut form. I use Provençal herbs as spices.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the fish in running water and dry with a paper towel. I decided to cut the fish carcass into portioned steaks. Sprinkle each piece of mute with lemon juice. This will remove that obsessive fishy smell.

Step 3

Step 3
Then sprinkle the fish on both sides with a little salt and spices. Leave it for 15 minutes to marinate a little.

Step 4

Step 4
Before frying, brush the fish with a little olive oil on both sides. This can be done conveniently using a silicone brush.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the grill pan on the fire and heat until hot. Using the same brush, lightly grease the pan with oil. Place the prepared fish steaks in a hot frying pan and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Step 6
If a piece of fish does not yet separate from the pan, then it is still ready. Wait a little longer. Well-fried fish comes away from the pan easily.

Step 7

Step 7
Serve the finished fish immediately hot. Pink salmon in a grill pan is very tasty! Pair your steaks with herbs, fresh vegetables or baked potatoes. Bon appetit!
