Tomatoes 1 pc

Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Dry spices (for fish) to taste

Fish fillet (I have fish fillet. You can use any fish fillet and not even necessarily fillet, but just pieces of fish.) 500 g

How to bake fish in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any sea fish, such as cod or hake, is suitable for this dish. If you have a whole fish, you need to fillet it. I use ready-made pollock fish fillets. Thaw the fish, rinse, and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Prepare the marinade. Squeeze a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice into a small container. Salt and pepper to taste and add spices suitable for fish. You can add a pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary. Mix the marinade well.

Place the prepared fish fillet in a suitable container and fill with marinade. Leave for 15 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and rinse with cool water. Cut into small cubes.

Also peel the carrots, rinse, dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and also cut into squares. Wash the tomato and dry it with napkins. Chop as you would other vegetables.

Place the chopped vegetables in a container. Add fresh green peas to the vegetable mixture. If you have frozen peas, you can pre-boil them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Add sour cream.

Mix the vegetables with sour cream well.

Cut the sleeve to the appropriate size. Place fish fillet in it, vegetables in sour cream on top. Inflate the sleeve and tie it tightly, you can use a special clasp. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Serve the finished fish with vegetables hot. The dish is completely self-sufficient, but can also be served with a side dish. Before serving, sprinkle the fish with chopped dill. Bon appetit!
