Rice (brown) 100 g
Chicken breasts 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry spices (for pilaf) 1 tsp

Transfer the meat to a pot.

Sort the rice and rinse in several waters until transparent.

Pour the rice into the pot with the meat.

Add seasonings, salt, pepper.

Peel the carrots, cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater. Peel and chop the onion.

First fry the carrots in vegetable oil. Turn the heat to medium and stir.
