Basic:

Water 2 l
grape leaves 400 g

Ground meat:

Onion 600 g
Garlic 50 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Parsley 10 g
Beef 1 kg
Pork 300 g
Paprika 1 tsp
Dill 10 g
Mint 1 tsp
Basil 4 tbsp
Tarragon, tarragon 4 tbsp

Sauce:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Sour cream 250 g
Dill 10 g
cucumbers 1 pc

How to make Armenian tolma? First, prepare the ingredients for the filling. The meat is required without bones, only pulp. Instead of meat, you can use store-bought minced meat in the same proportions, but it is advisable that it contains a minimum amount of fat.

Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear and dry.

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into pieces.

Wash the beef, dry it and cut into medium pieces.

Also wash the pork meat and cut into pieces.

Pass both types of meat, onion, garlic, dill and parsley through a meat grinder.

Add washed rice, dried basil, tarragon and mint to the minced meat.

Knead the minced meat thoroughly. Add salt and paprika and stir again.

Wrap the bowl of minced meat in a bag and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove the grape leaves from the jar and rinse with hot water.
