Homemade Egg Noodles Using a Bread Maker

What could be tastier than homemade noodles? Everything homemade with your own hands is the most delicious! Today we will cook egg noodles. The original recipe calls for one yolk per 100 grams of flour. I prefer to cook with a whole egg. The process itself is not long, the main thing is to knead the dough very well. Itʼs not easy, but believe me, your efforts will be rewarded with the phrases “we want more”! And you wonʼt want any more store-bought pasta. I showed how to knead the dough with hands in previous recipes. Today we will prepare the dough in the bread maker. Shall we get started?)

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the products. Eggs should be at room temperature. Sift the flour.

Step 2

Step 2
Drive three eggs into the bowl of the bread machine, add salt and lightly beat with a fork.

Step 3

Step 3
Add 2/3 of the sifted flour and turn on the “dough” program.

Step 4

Step 4
The bread maker will begin kneading the dough. And in a few minutes you will have a little bun like this.

Step 5

Step 5
Then add the rest of the flour and let the bread machine knead the dough until it forms a tight ball. If you knead the dough by hand, then beat three eggs into a bowl, add some salt, and beat with a fork. Add all the sifted flour and start kneading. It will be difficult, you can resort to male help))) Knead the dough very well for 10-15 minutes. Then we form a bun and wrap it in cling film and leave it on the table for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
When the bread machine has already kneaded all the flour, we take out our bun and knead it thoroughly on the table. The dough needs to be very smooth.

Step 7

Step 7
This is such a beautiful and smooth bun))

Step 8

Step 8
Wrap the dough in film and let it lie on the table for 30 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
After 30 minutes, for convenience, we cut our bun into 4 parts.

Step 10

Step 10
We take one part of the dough (we wrap the rest back in film so as not to dry out), dust the table with flour and roll out the dough very, very thinly, as soon as you can, 1-2 mm. Then dust the top with flour again.

Step 11

Step 11
Roll the dough tightly into a tube.

Step 12

Step 12
Using a sharp knife, cut into rings 3-4 mm wide.

Step 13

Step 13
Then each ring needs to be untwisted.

Step 14

Step 14
This is how you get homemade pasta. Once again, sprinkle well with flour, mix and dry until dry (if you store it in a container). If you plan to cook right away, then let it dry for a couple of hours.

Step 15

Step 15
Store dry pasta in a container with a tight-fitting lid.

Step 16

Step 16
Another way to cut noodles. Also roll out the dough thinly and dust it well with flour.

Step 17

Step 17
Using a sharp knife, cut into longitudinal strips 2-3 cm wide.

Step 18

Step 18
We stack the strips one on top of the other and cut the noodles at an angle, 3-4 mm wide.

Step 19
