Step 1

Step 1
How to make funchose with green beans? Prepare the necessary products. Thaw the meat in advance. If you use frozen beans, you do not need to defrost them. The meat for this recipe must be young, because the cooking time is short, and old meat may turn out to be too tough.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare funchoza according to the instructions on the package. I poured boiling water over it for 7-10 minutes, then drained the water and washed the funchose with cold water.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the beef into thin strips, like beef stroganoff.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the peeled onions into thin quarter rings.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the carrots into thin strips or grate them on a Korean grater.

Step 6

Step 6
In a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the beef until the liquid has evaporated and is lightly golden, about 4-5 minutes. Move the meat to one side of the pan and fry the onion on the other for about 3 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Add frozen green beans or green beans to the pan and fry everything together for about 3 minutes. If there is too much liquid in the mixture for your taste, then wait until some of it evaporates.

Step 8

Step 8
Now it’s the turn of the carrots — literally 1 minute of frying will be enough for it.

Step 9

Step 9
Instead of salt, add soy sauce to the meat (adjust the amount to taste). For spicy lovers, you can add 0.5 teaspoon at this stage. l. red hot pepper and chopped garlic clove.

Step 10
