Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 450 g
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 300 g

How to make pizza dough with kefir without yeast? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished product will be the most magnificent. Read more about the properties of flour in the article at the end of the recipe. My eggs are category C1. I take 1% kefir.

For the dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl so that it is convenient to knead the dough in it. Place sugar, salt and baking soda into a bowl.

Heat the kefir until warm and pour into the bowl. Then add vegetable oil and eggs. Mix all ingredients together.

Gradually add sifted flour into the bowl and knead the dough. There is no need to add all the flour at once. You may need a little more or less of the specified amount. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. First knead the dough in the bowl. Then, when it becomes thicker, put it on the table and continue kneading with your hands. At the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough a little more.

The outside will be covered with an oil film and will not dry out during baking. Let the finished dough rest for about 10 minutes. For pizza, roll out the dough, prick with a fork, brush with sauce and place in the oven for 3-5 minutes. The dough will set slightly and will not be soggy from the filling. Then place the filling on it and bake for another 5-7 minutes until done. Cook with pleasure
