Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Onion (small head) 1 pc
Salt 3 g
Zira 1 g
Water 4 cup
Rice 2 cup
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Carrot (small) 1 pc
Paprika 2 g
Turmeric 2 g
Chicken 250 g
Allspice to taste
Thyme, thyme 1 g

Recipe instructions

Pour the washed rice with water, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt, turmeric, cumin and a few allspice peas. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the water is completely absorbed.

Grind chicken meat in a blender or meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Fry the onion until lightly golden, add the carrots and fry until soft.

Add minced meat, add salt and stir vigorously to break up any lumps of minced meat, fry over high heat for about five minutes.

Add sour cream, paprika and thyme, simmer covered for 5-7 minutes. Place the finished rice on a plate and pour hot gravy over it.
