How to make hot sandwiches with loaf and sausage in the oven? Prepare your food. The number of pieces of loaf may be different, look at its size and the volume of the resulting filling. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat at 180°C (top-bottom mode) — the filling cooks very quickly.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. I took smoked, but in general any kind can be suitable — boiled, half-smoked, sausages and sausages. Also choose the cutting yourself — into strips, round slices, you can even grate the sausage, I made such sandwiches, we liked them.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes or in some other way, depending on how you cut the rest of the products.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes, and melts well.

Place all chopped ingredients in one bowl. Add mayonnaise. In addition to mayonnaise, you can also add ketchup, then you can do without tomatoes in the composition.

Mix the filling well. I do not add salt, since it contains salty sausage, cheese and mayonnaise. But if you like it spicier, you can pepper the filling or add other favorite spices. You can also add any herbs and garlic. I decorated the tops of the sandwiches and did not use them as fillings.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the filling onto the loaf pieces. Place them on a baking sheet.
