How to make vegetable stew with potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions and quantity of selected vegetables can be slightly changed to suit your taste.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water.

For cooking, take a deep frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes over low heat. During frying, the vegetables will become a little softer.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into large pieces. Place the chopped potatoes in a frying pan.
