How to make vermicelli with meat in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. You can take any meat (pork, chicken, etc.) I took beef. Instead of tomato sauce, you can add tomato paste or fresh tomatoes. Use your favorite spices, I chose seasoning for pilaf.

Rinse the meat well and cut into small pieces, about 2 cm wide.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat on all sides until golden brown.

Peel the onion and chop with a knife. To avoid irritating the mucous membranes of your eyes when cutting onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a slice of lemon before cutting.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.
