Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 6 tsp
Salt to taste
Beet 2 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Dry spices (preferably those containing lemon balm) to taste
Lemons 1 pc
Prunes 6 pc
Salmon (fillet. You can replace it with another red fish. Salmon is ideal.) 1 kg

Wash the fish.

Place the fillets in a parchment-lined ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle with spices and salt. For juiciness, you can drizzle with olive oil.

Cut the onion into half rings and place them on top of the salmon.

Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice. Place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes.

Boil the beets and peel them. Grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the prunes soaked in wine sauce into pieces. Mix beets with prunes. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and stir.
