Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste

Walnuts 100 g
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Mushrooms (any, fresh or frozen) 500 g
Vinegar (9%) 1 tsp
Khmeli-suneli 1 tsp
Ground red pepper to taste

How to make mushrooms with walnuts in Georgian style? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose any mushrooms (I took frozen champignons), pre-boil fresh ones, and defrost frozen ones at room temperature.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and salt, fry until excess water has evaporated.

Place the mushrooms on a separate dish.

Peel the onions, rinse with cold water and cut into small pieces.

Fry the onion until golden brown in the pan where the mushrooms were fried.
