How to stew chicken in a frying pan? Take the products from the list. Clean the chicken, remove all excess, wash well and dry with paper towels. Also wash and dry the vegetables well. Use sour cream of any fat content. Instead of sunflower oil, you can use any vegetable oil for frying.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place chicken pieces on it. Fry them over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. While frying, salt and pepper the chicken to taste.
