Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cauliflower with zucchini? Very easy and fast! Prepare all the necessary products according to the list. Vegetables can be taken fresh or frozen. I have young zucchini and frozen cabbage florets. Leave frozen vegetables at room temperature until completely thawed.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the tomatoes. Make a cross-shaped cut on each tomato and pour boiling water over it for 40-60 seconds. Next, drain the hot water and cool the tomatoes.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the zucchini, cut off the tail and, if necessary, remove the peel and seeds. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable or olive oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and high edges. Add chopped tomatoes and 2-3 cloves of garlic, cut into large pieces. Add salt, sprinkle with black and red pepper and mix everything. Cook covered over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the zucchini in the frying pan. Stir and leave covered for a minute.

Step 7

Step 7
Next comes the turn of cabbage. Break the cauliflower into small florets, rinse them in cold water and add them to the pan with all the ingredients. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and simmer until the cabbage is soft. This usually takes from 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the inflorescences and the degree of heating of the stove). I like my vegetables to have a little crunch, so my dish was ready within 7-10 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Rinse the greens, dry them, chop them finely and add them to the frying pan. Dill, parsley or young green onions will perfectly complement cabbage and zucchini.

Step 9

Step 9
Our vegetable stew is ready, you can serve it right away!

Step 10
It is also very tasty when served cold.
