Crispy Fried Broccoli Perfect for Diets and Fasting

A simple and delicious recipe for broccoli and healthy eating lovers. Easy to prepare! Roasted broccoli is also one of my favorite foods. I want to share with you a rather interesting recipe for cooking fried broccoli. This dish is ideal for those who are fasting. Also, due to its low calorie content, the recipe is useful for those who adhere to a diet.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt 0.5 tsp
Cilantro, coriander (I took a teaspoon of fresh cilantro and some dried coriander seeds) 1 tsp
Broccoli 500 g
Vegetable oil (better, of course, olive) 1 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Prepare the ingredients (wash and dry the broccoli and cilantro, peel the garlic).

Boil the broccoli, pre-cut into florets, in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain in a colander and let the liquid drain.

Meanwhile, chop the coriander, coarsely chop the cilantro and dice the garlic.

In a preheated frying pan, lightly fry the garlic in vegetable oil.

Add cooked broccoli and fry with garlic for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Just before serving, sprinkle with cilantro and coriander and serve warm
