Water (boiling water) 150 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Vermicelli 100 g

How to cook vermicelli with egg? Prepare your food. Pay special attention to the choice of vermicelli. Take high-quality durum wheat — it will not lose its shape when cooked. You may need a little more water, add it directly during cooking.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and pour a spoonful of vegetable oil into it. Add vermicelli. Fry it, stirring constantly, for several minutes. Do not leave the stove, the noodles may burn. Once the vermicelli turns brown, add hot water to the pan. Precisely hot, so that the noodles begin to cook immediately. Add salt to taste. If the dish is not for children, you can add pepper. Make the fire minimal. And stand at the stove again — the water will boil away pretty quickly. If the noodles are still hard, add a little more boiling water.

When the vermicelli becomes soft and all the water has been absorbed, pour the egg into the pan. Beat it with a fork first to mix the white and yolk.
