How to make Spanish tapas? Prepare your food. A small baguette or ciabatta is suitable as the basis for this snack. Take any curd cheese such as Hochland or Almette. Any sausage, fresh or baked vegetables, salted fish, fried shrimp, olives, olives, nuts or seeds are suitable for the top filling. I took balyk, sun-dried tomatoes, red fish and olives.
