An incredibly tasty and original breakfast for the whole family! Fried avocado with an egg in a frying pan is a rather unusual and bold dish. But, I assure you, you should not be afraid to cook it — when fried, an avocado becomes soft and very tasty, even if it was hard. I highly recommend trying it!

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

How to make fried avocado with egg in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take either one small avocado or half if it is large. Both soft fruits and hard, unripe ones are suitable. I just had one like this.

Wash and dry the avocado. Cut it in half and carefully separate the halves by turning one side against the other. Remove the pit. Cut off the skin. Cut the avocado pulp crosswise into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

Wash the eggs well with detergent. Beat them into a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork to combine the yolks and whites. If you like fried eggs, then donʼt mix them.

Place chopped avocado pieces into the oil. Keep it on the fire for about a minute. There is no need to turn the pieces over.

Pour the eggs into the avocado. Fry the scrambled eggs over low heat until the eggs are set. You can cover the pan with a lid.
