Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Chilli 0.3 pc
Olive oil 50 ml
Salt to taste
Cod 250 g

Make sure you have all the ingredients and put the olive oil in a frying pan to heat.

Peel and cut the garlic into LARGE slices, and a third of the chili pepper into rings.

Throw the peppers and garlic into a hot frying pan with olive oil, fry them until golden, then remove and set aside.

Cut the cod.

Fry it in the remaining garlic and chili oil after frying over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Add salt to taste. Serve hot, in a deep plate, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with toasted garlic and chili rings.
