Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Garlic (optional) 1 clove
Salt to taste
Eggs (boiled hard) 4 pc
Parsley to taste
Beet (small size, boiled) 1 pc
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Parmesan 30 g
Herring (1 fillet) 1 pc

Recipe instructions

Boil eggs and beets in advance.

Peel the eggs, cut them into halves and remove the yolks using a teaspoon.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Step 4

We clean the beets and also grate them.

Step 5

In a bowl, mix the yolks, cheese, beets, chopped garlic clove (optional) and mayonnaise. Mix.

Fill the egg halves with the resulting filling.

Place small pieces of herring on top of the filling and decorate with parsley leaves. Bon appetit!
