Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic (for the sauce, I often cook without it) 2 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sour cream (for the sauce, I often cook without it) 200 g
Bulb onions (optional, sometimes I cook with onions, sometimes without) 1 pc
Eggplant 1 pc
Fish fillet (pangasius — I like it the most, you can also: hake, pollock, notothenia, etc.) 500 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Pour 2 measuring cups of water into the multicooker pan, place the bowl on the bottom of the container and place the fish. The fish can be cut into portions immediately, so as not to break the finished dish later.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the vegetables and cut them into rings.

Step 3

Step 3
If you cook with sour cream and garlic sauce, you will need to coat the fish with it, and only then put the vegetables on top.

Step 4

Step 4
Place vegetables on top of fish (or sauce).

Step 5

Step 5
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the vegetables and close the lid of the microwave, set the steamer mode to “vegetables” for 15 minutes. The dish is ready! Serve!
