Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt 5 g
Sour cream 80 g
Zucchini (young) 600 g
Parsley 10 g
Dill 10 g
Allspice (ground) 1 g
Soybean oil 5 ml

Cut the zucchini into slices 5-7 mm thick.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Lay out the zucchini in layers. Add salt to each layer, sprinkle with spices and grease with sour cream. There should be no more than three layers.

Turn on the Bake mode (30 minutes by default) and cook for 15 minutes WITH THE STEAM VALVE REMOVED. After this, carefully turn the zucchini over, insert the valve in place and cook for another 15 minutes.
