Salt to taste
Wheat flour 8 tbsp
Eggs 4 pc
Sour cream 300 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Soda 1 g

To prepare the dough, all products must be at room temperature. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add chicken eggs to the bowl. Mix the whole mass until smooth.

Sift the flour through a sieve.

Add sifted flour, baking soda and a little salt to the dough. Do not add all the flour at once. If necessary, you can then add another 1-2 tablespoons of flour.

Knead a slightly thick, homogeneous dough. Adjust the flour level yourself. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. This dough can be used to make a pie with any filling. When filling the pie, pour 2/3 of the dough into the baking dish, add any filling and top with the remaining dough. Just make sure that the filling is not too wet.
