Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry champignons with sour cream in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary products. I would like to note that mushrooms can be any kind, not necessarily champignons. These can be seasonal forest mushrooms, or all-season ones, for example, oyster mushrooms.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be absolutely anything, of plant origin, but it must be refined, because... we will fry in oil, and only refined types of oils can be heat treated.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the mushrooms well and cut into thin slices.

Step 5

Step 5
Add the onion to the pan and fry everything together for about 10 minutes. All moisture should evaporate from the pan.

Step 6

Step 6
Add all the seasonings to the sour cream. Sour cream can be of any fat content, but it must be natural.

Step 7

Step 7
Add 50 ml of water and dilute the sour cream sauce to a thinner state.

Step 8

Step 8
Pour the sauce into the pan.

Step 9

Step 9
Simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens.

Step 10

Step 10
Peel the garlic, chop it and add it to the pan. I put the cloves through a press, but you can grate it on a fine grater or chop it with a knife.

Step 11

Step 11
Stir and serve the dish. Bon appetit!
