Salt and Pepper Crispy Fried Potatoes

This dish is simply gorgeous and captivates from the first minute. Traveling through China and its cuisine, I saw this recipe for boiled potatoes. I couldn’t resist and went to the supermarket for fresh potatoes. I collected identical tubers and depicted them. I’ll say right away that I took less spices and also added hot peppers (flakes). I replaced the peanut oil with IDEAL olive oil, which I was very pleased with!!! These potatoes can be eaten as a side dish for meat or fish, and can also be eaten as a main dish. I just ate it as a main course. DIVINE)!
