Ingredients (2 portions)

The basis:

Red caviar 1 tsp
Fish 300 g

Sauce:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp

Garnish:

Ground black pepper to taste
Pasta 100 g
Noodles 50 g
Sea salt to taste

Take a piece of fish. I had a silver carp. Salt it and pepper it according to your desire and taste.

Wrap it in foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil and send back for another 10 minutes.
