Basic:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Orange juice 1 tbsp
Lettuce (chard and corn — they are not on the list) to taste
Cherry tomatoes 5 pc
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
tilapia 200 g
Almond petals 1 tbsp

1. Wash the tilapia fillet, dry it and cut into pieces.
