Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Chilli (powder) 0.5 g
Salt to taste
Champignon 500 g
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Allspice to taste
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp

Wash the mushrooms. If they are large, cut them in half; if they are medium and small, leave them whole. Prepare the marinade. Mix two types of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika in a jar, finely chop the garlic and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well

Take a clean plastic bag without holes

Place the mushrooms in it, pour the marinade over them and tie the bag tightly. Shake the mushrooms thoroughly so that the marinade is evenly distributed. Do this for a couple of minutes

In an oven preheated to 240 degrees, place the mushrooms on a wire rack. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 240 degrees until done
