Onion 3 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Milk 1 l
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Minced meat (pork or mixed minced beef and pork) 300 g
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Semolina 100 g

First of all, you need to cook very thick semolina porridge in milk. Add salt and nutmeg (it will give the dish a unique aroma). Cool the semolina porridge until warm, stir in one egg and cool completely. This will make it easier to form the images.

While the semolina porridge is cooling, fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add minced meat to it. Fry until the meat is done, add salt and pepper to taste. Let the filling cool completely.
