Quick and Delicious Shrimp Pad Thai

Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Sugar 0.5 tsp
Eggs 1 pc
Green onions (2 arrows) 10 g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Shrimps 6 pc
Sauce, pasta (Pad Thai sauce) 1.5 tbsp
Rice noodles 50 g
Sprouted soybeans (sprouts) 30 g

Recipe instructions

We peel the shrimp, cut the onion into strips, and soak the noodles for 15 minutes in warm water.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.

Move the shrimp to the side. Beat in the egg and shake the wok so that it spreads evenly.

As soon as the egg has set, quickly shake it and mix with the shrimp.

We take out the noodles, shake off excess water and put them in the wok. Fry while stirring for 2 minutes.

Add sugar, soy sauce and Pad Thai sauce. Mix. Fry for about 1 minute.
