Signature Fish Delight

I came up with this recipe myself. It turned out very tasty! Now this is my signature recipe. There is no shame in even serving it to guests.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Fish:

Fish fillet 1 kg
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 2 tsp

Vegetable pillow:

Bulb onions 2 pc
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 6 tbsp

Sauce:

Cream 100 ml
Milk 100 ml
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Casserole cap:

Cherry tomatoes 15 pc
Hard cheese 150 g

Recipe instructions

Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry until done. Place vegetables in a baking dish.

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, roll in flour mixed with salt, pepper and fish seasoning. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Place a layer of fried fish on top.

Melt the butter, add flour, fry everything together over low heat. Pour in warm cream and milk, add salt and cook, stirring over low heat for about 7 minutes until thickened. If there are lumps in the sauce, beat it with a blender until smooth.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Place our tomatoes on the fish and pour sauce over the entire surface.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top

Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees on the middle shelf. And we will bake for 25-30 minutes. Our delicious fish is ready!
