Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry chicken fillet in soy sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces about 1 centimeter thick. I got 9 pieces. There is no need to chop very finely for the meat to be juicy enough. It is best to cut across the grain.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil and garlic powder in a deep bowl. Take classic soy sauce or with various additives, keeping in mind that the taste of the final dish will depend on them.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the fillet in a bowl with the marinade, stir and leave to soak for 20 minutes. There is no need to add salt, as soy sauce is salty enough.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat the pan well over medium heat. There is no need to lubricate it with anything, since the marinade already contains vegetable oil. Place the chicken fillet pieces along with the sauce in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes on one side.

Step 5

Step 5
Fry the fillet on the other side for 5 minutes, but reduce the heat slightly and cover the pan with a lid. It is not recommended to fry the meat longer, as it will turn out dry. Turn off the heat and remove the meat from the pan. Place the fillet on a plate and pour the sauce from the pan over it. If desired, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds. Garnish the dish with a sprig of fresh dill. Bon appetit!
