Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Onion 0.5 pc
Olive oil (You can also use regular vegetable oil (although olive oil is tastier...) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Salmon 350 g
Thyme, thyme 1 tbsp
Zucchini (or, simply, one big zucchini) 2 pc

Recipe instructions

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.

Wash salmon and zucchini. Grate the zucchini.

Step 3

Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan, add the onion and heat it up. Fry the onion until it becomes soft and barely golden.

Add the fish, fry for one minute, then turn it, salt and add pepper to taste.

Fry for a minute on this side, then turn again, add salt and pepper.

Add grated zucchini, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Then remove the lid, turn up the heat and fry until the water has evaporated and the zucchini turns out to be a thick sauce (about another 7-8 minutes)

Add thyme and remove pan from heat.

As a side dish you can serve rice, potatoes, or, as we have in the photo, just bread and a salad of fresh vegetables.
