Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes (average) 3 pc
Olive oil (can be fried in any oil) 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Wheat flour (with a slide) 2 tbsp
Sour cream (maybe mayonnaise) 2 tbsp
Hard cheese 150 g
Greenery to taste
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Pour boiling water over ripe tomatoes and remove the skin.

Cut into slices.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Stir the eggs.

Add sour cream.

Add flour and salt here, mix well so that there are no lumps.
