Quick and Impressive Asian Salmon Tail Recipe

An extremely simple dish! It cooks very quickly and looks impressive. A wonderful option for dinner and a holiday table. I once spotted this recipe from Jamie Oliver and since then I sometimes cook any red fish in this way.

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Salmon (tail section) 700 g
Sea salt 3 tsp
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Green tea 2 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Of course, it is better to take a fatter fish — sockeye salmon or chum salmon. This time I prepared frozen pink salmon, and it turned out very tasty! The main condition is that the fish must be thoroughly defrosted on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, cleaned of scales, rinsed and dried with paper towels.

Step 2

Step 2
We make cuts on the fish with a sharp knife every three cm.

Step 3

Step 3
Turn it over to the other side and sprinkle with a third of the salt.

Step 4

Step 4
Then we return to the starting position. Salt, pepper, and insert garlic slices into the slits. Sprinkle with green tea from a bag.

Step 5

Step 5
Sprinkle with sesame oil.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Look at the condition of the fish. There is no need to fry it too much, otherwise it will dry out! This is how the fish turns out.

Step 8

Step 8
We take it out of the pan, serve it on a large beautiful platter and serve it as a hot or cold appetizer.

Step 9

Step 9
The fish turns out very tender, aromatic, with a rich taste! There’s no shame in serving this to your guests! Bon appetit!
