A bright, spicy, light buckwheat noodle dish! Soba, as buckwheat noodles are called, is a healthy and dietary product. It contains fewer calories, unlike regular noodles, and is rich in vitamins and microelements. But above all, it is very tasty, especially when combined with vegetables and chicken.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken with buckwheat noodles? Prepare your food. If the beans are frozen, then leave them as is, without defrosting. For spices I used red and black pepper.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a towel and cut first into strips, then into small pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the vegetables and cut them into approximately equal pieces: onions into half rings, carrots and peppers into cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and place the chopped fillet. Fry until the color changes completely, stirring all the time with a spatula. Reduce heat and leave chicken to fry for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Add chopped vegetables and beans to the chicken, stir. The fire can be made big again. Fry with constant stirring. Season, add soy sauce and just a little salt, because the sauce itself is salty, taste before adding salt.

Step 6

Step 6
Cover the pan with a lid and leave the chicken and vegetables to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Meanwhile, cook the noodles. Take a large saucepan, boil water, lightly salt it and add the buckwheat noodles without breaking them. Cook for about 8 minutes. Then drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together.

Step 8

Step 8
Add the prepared noodles to the chicken, mix well. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat so that the noodles warm up and soak in the aromas. Bon appetit!
