Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make navy-style pasta with stewed meat in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can take any pasta you like, but you shouldn’t take very large or very small. Choose something in between. The stew can be made from any type of meat, the main thing is that you like it. I have stewed pork.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Turn on the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and pour a little vegetable oil into the bowl. When the bowl is hot, add chopped onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent them from burning. There is no need to close the lid.

Step 4

Step 4
Add stew to the fried vegetables. Mix everything and heat well so that the broth in the stew has time to melt.

Step 5

Step 5
Then place the prepared dry (raw) pasta into the bowl.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour in hot water and mix everything. Add a little salt to taste, but keep in mind that the stew itself is already salty. I don’t add any spices, since the stew already contains bay leaves and peppercorns, which are quite aromatic on their own. Switch the multicooker to the "Stew" mode for 15 minutes and close the lid. Considering that the multicooker is already preheated, the pasta will immediately begin to cook. You can stir them a couple of times during the process.

Step 7

Step 7
During cooking, the pasta increased in size and absorbed water. Mix everything, arrange on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
