Basic:

Onion (one large onion) 200 g
Salt 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Bay leaf 6 pc
Carrot (two large carrots) 300 g
Dry spices (seasoning for chicken.) 0.5 tsp
Duck 2 kg

Letʼs prepare the products. Peel the vegetables. Wash the duck well and dry with paper towels.

Cut the duck into portions.

Cut carrots into rings, onions into half rings.

Place pieces of duck in a saucepan (cauldron) in layers — salt and pepper — bay leaves — some vegetables. And so we do several layers — until we use all the products.

The top layer should be vegetable. Cover with a lid and put on fire. On high heat, let it bubble for 4-5 minutes.
