Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Salt 10 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 15 g
Chicken breasts 100 g
Bulb onions 30 g
Vegetable oil 30 g
Cream 100 ml
Chanterelles 100 g
Horns (You can use other types of pasta) 100 g

Prepare the ingredients according to the list: pasta, mushrooms, onions, chicken breast, butter, salt, pepper, flour, cream.

First, let the pasta cook; it should end up al dente, “to the tooth.” You can use any mushrooms, I used chanterelles. Chop mushrooms, onions, chicken.

First fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms, fry while stirring. Then add the diced chicken meat. Salt and pepper.

Add flour, stir, continuing frying.

Pour the contents with cream, you can add a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
