These cookies are prepared without eggs or margarine, only sour cream, flour, sugar, soda and a little vegetable oil, and a pinch of vanillin for flavor. So, let’s prepare the list of necessary products.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanillin. Beat with a mixer for a minute.

While whipping, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the sour cream.
