Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make nests from pasta with minced meat and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. You can use chicken, pork, or turkey as minced meat. Take good quality pasta, made from durum flour. They donʼt boil over. You can use water instead of broth. The broth is salted.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel and chop the onion in a convenient way. I usually grate it; you can use a meat grinder, chopper or blender. Or finely chop with a knife. Add onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Knead it well. You can add any spices to your taste. You can also add chopped garlic.

Step 3

Step 3
Use a frying pan with sides high enough to accommodate the height of the nests. Place nests in it. Make lumps from the minced meat. Carefully place the minced meat into the holes of the nests.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour broth into the pan until it is 2/3 full of pasta.

Step 5

Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and leave the dish to simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Watch the water. As soon as it boils and the set time has passed, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and wait until the cheese melts. Then turn off the fire. The dish is ready. It is better to serve the nests immediately while they are hot. Bon appetit!
