Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt 2 g
Hard cheese 40 g
Bulb onions 10 g
Mayonnaise 10 g
Sunflower oil 7 g
Tomato juice 80 ml
Thyme, thyme 0.5 g
Cod steak 120 g

To prepare the dish, take cod steak, tomato juice, onions, sunflower oil, thyme, cheese (I used sour cream), mayonnaise.

Rinse the cod and drain. Salt and sprinkle with dry thyme leaves. Pour in juice, add oil. Dip the steak well on all sides in the marinade. Let stand for a while, 5-7 minutes.

Place the fish in a baking dish and cover with marinade. Place the cheese slices on top and apply a mayonnaise mesh.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve the finished cod steak in the oven immediately with or without a side dish, pouring the resulting sauce over the fish.
