Fried crab sticks with a golden cheese crust. This is a quick recipe, it will be very helpful when you need to cook something hot in a hurry. For frying crab sticks in batter, both frozen and chilled are suitable. There is no need to defrost the sticks.

Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Salt 0.2 tsp
Hard cheese 50 g
Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Crab sticks 240 g

First, letʼs prepare all the products according to the list. Letʼs free the crab sticks from the packaging and remove the film from them. For batter we need eggs, flour and hard cheese, for breading — crackers, for frying — vegetable oil.
