Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make minced meat with cheese tasty and simple? Start by preparing the necessary products. Choose minced meat according to your taste. It can be minced meat from a certain type of meat, for example, only pork or beef, or you can take a mixed one. You can use ready-made minced meat or make it yourself by chopping the meat in a blender or passing it through a meat grinder.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the bacon into small pieces. You can use raw smoked or boiled smoked bacon, whichever you prefer.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes or grate it. Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.

Step 4

Step 4
In a bowl, combine minced meat, bacon, cheese, vegetable oil and spices. Knead the minced meat thoroughly until smooth. If you want a more uniform consistency, you can beat the minced meat, cheese and bacon in a stationary blender.

Step 5

Step 5
Form the minced meat into even round cutlets. I got 6 cutlets.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. If you wish, you can add a little vegetable oil, but in principle, the fat that is released during frying from the minced meat and bacon is enough. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.

Step 7

Step 7
You can serve the cutlets with any side dish or make delicious homemade burgers out of them. I made hamburgers from the cutlets. Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on bottom of burger buns. Place the beef patty on top. Pour ketchup and mustard over the cutlet. Distribute tomato and pickled cucumber slices on top. Cover with the other half of the bun. Serve homemade hamburgers immediately. Bon appetit!
